Foot Pads Tips
1. Apply the patch one hour before bedtime.
2. Apply foot pads on clean and dry feet.

How To Use
1. Clean the soles of the feet.
2. Remove the backing from the adhesive sheet.
3. Place the foot pad in the center of the adhesive sheet. Writing on the foot pad must face down onto the adhesive, the mesh surface shall be in contact with your skin.
4. Leave the pads on while you sleep, roughly 6 to 8 hours.
5. In the morning remove the pads and wipe the soles of the feet with water, Avoid touching the dark part as this now contains toxins that have been drawn from the body during sleep.
