| المراجعة التحريرية | What I really like about this book is the way Dr. Shetty explains the how to take care of one's skin with emphasis on getting the basics right, such as diet, nutrition, exercise, sleep, sun exposure, etc. Moreover, she explains important concepts in a simple and engaging way, that really motivates you to incorporate the changes she suggests into your lifestyle. All in all, it is a must-read for anyone who is keen on not just looking great on the outside, but also feeling great from within and ensuring these good looks are long lasting. But after reading this book I realised that there is a whole lot of little things we can do on a day-to-day basis to take care of our skin and hair from a young age itself.
