3. Reasonable inflation: Use a special air needle (need to be moistened) to insert slowly into the ball mouth. It is strictly forbidden to use a high-pressure air pump to inflate directly.
The air pressure should be between 7-9 pounds; it cannot be over-inflated, otherwise it will easily cause the basketball to bulge and deform
4. Elasticity test: on a flat hard ground, drop the basketball freely from a height of 1.8 meters, the height of the first rebound should be 1.2 meters
