نظرة عامةGrace carbon steel wok is one of the most lightweight woks on the market. This is convenient because you have to move your wok around constantly to prevent your food from burning. It is made up of exclusively iron and carbon, carbon steel is entirely non-toxic. Its round bottom allows the liquids to sit in one spot in the center. This shape concentrates heat, cooking food quickly with relatively little oil. They have deep walls that also slope. The woks sloping deep walls trap in more heat, cooking food much quicker than if you were to use a frying pan. It is widely used in Chinese-style cooking.
NOTES: Avoid storing the wok inside your kitchen cabinet while it is still wet. Carbon steel is highly sensitive to moisture and it will get easily rusted if it is exposed to water and humidity.
Maintenance:
