Instructions for Use: 1 Roll out your sugar paste on a hard and flat surface until it reaches 23mm thickness. 2 Hold the kopat by its outer disc. Cut the dough with the front side towards the sugar paste and apply pressure until it touches the surface below. Move the kopat slightly from side to side. In this way, you will get a clearer cut. 3 Press the top of the kopat and cut the dough with the raised piece. 4 Lift the kopat about 5 cm into the air and press the top to remove the cutout.
