It is a training glove.
- The glove is a medium quality synthetic leather training glove.
- The middle part of the glove is designed with a mesh to allow the athlete's hand to breathe easily. In this way, the athlete's hand sweats less while doing sports, and the inside of the glove can be easily ventilated, thus reducing the smell of the glove.

Mouthguard User Manual:
- Prepare hot and cold water
- Soak the teether in hot water for 30 seconds.
- Take the teether out of the hot water and leave it in cold water for 1 second.
- Attach the mouthguard to your upper palate and press it to your lips with your fingers.
- Hold the teether inside your mouth. Do not bite, press softly.
- Remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and hold it in hot water for 2 seconds.
- Put the mouthguard back in your mouth and press it against your teeth with your tongue, then bite the teether.
- Finally, soak the mouthguard in cold water for 3 seconds.
