عن المؤلف | Jane Johnson loves being a physiotherapist and embraces the challenges and the opportunities that the role attracts. After many years working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in occupational health she is now finishing PhD at Teesside University. Part-funded by the Royal College of Chiropractors, she is tasked with developing a valid and reliable app for the measurement of postural change in patients with back and neck pain. She is the author of six titles in the Hands-On Guides for Therapists series (Human Kinetics publishers). These are, Postural Assessment, Postural Correction, Therapeutic Stretching, Soft Tissue Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Soft Tissue and Trigger Point Release. Postural Assessment has sold over 10,000 copies. She is passionate about physiotherapy (and particularly occupational health physiotherapy) as well as massage, and endeavours to support anyone entering or remaining in these professions. |
