| عن المؤلف | Anniina Autero (PhD) is leading Smart urban security and event resilience work for the City of Tampere, Finland. She teaches and does research on safety and security and public economy. She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado, Denver, and Stanford University, California, USA.Ilari Karppi (PhD) is adjunct professor of Regional Studies at Tampere University, Finland. He teaches and researches visionary urban governance and complex adaptive systems in sustainable urban and regional development. His other research interests include transit-oriented development, smart urbanism and strategic urban planning.Marcela de Moraes Batista Simão (PhD) is currently working as a specialist in Sustainability and Smart City for the City of Tampere, Finland, developing projects for the city. She has developed research on safety and security and sustainability. She was a doctoral exchange fellow at the Swiss Federal Instituteof Technology Lausanne. |
