Some things in life that are forced upon us are devastating. I had a motorcycle wreck in June of 2010 that left me with a very serious TBI (tramatic brain injury). Included in these works are some things that I had to work through in order to heal during my recovery process so that I could become the John Cook that I wanted to be, not the one that was forced upon me. Just a word of advice, some of the stories in this book may stir unpleasant emotions in you. Please do not be angry with me but rather take the time to examine the emotions so that we can both heal.
