So hat sie neben zahlreichen Kurzgeschichten bereits sechs Romane veröffentlicht. 2001 wurde sie vom Independent on Sunday zu den 20 besten englischen Nachwuchsautoren gezählt, und 2002 kürte man sie bei den Elle Style Awards zum Writer of the Year. Scarlett Thomas lebt im englischen Kent und unterrichtet an der dortigen Universität Creative Writing. |
