It is served to you fresh and as-is, except for some occasional garnishing to make it yummier. While some incidents will bring a smile on your face, others will make you feel sad.

Most of the incidents described are from the author's personal experiences as a medical professional. The places of the incidents are not identified and names have been changed to maintain confidentiality. |
