Washing and Care

How to use:

Put your wet laundry in the dryer to shorten the drying time.

Care:

Wool dryer balls can last up to 1000 washings (or 2-5 years depending on usage). Place on a windowsill to air dry between loads as needed, or store in the dryer for your next load.

Recharge your dryer balls by hand washing them in warm (not hot) water and placing them in the dryer approximately every 100 loads. When they start to look sloppy and/or have wool residue in the garments, it’s time to replace them.

Old balls can be composted or sown directly into the garden as the wool acts as a great moisture retainer for plants and breaks down naturally.
