OverviewTooth Fitting Instructions: Do not use braces or braces!
1. Pour the beads (white beads) holding the plastic fitting into a cup of very hot water.
2. Once the fitting plastic is clear, remove it with a metal spoon.
3. Use your fingers to shape the clear plastic into a worm shape.
4. Press the clear worm against the back wall of the tooth. If there are anchor holes in the gums, try putting some fitting material!
into the hole to help hold it in place.
5. In front of a mirror, use both hands to gently position the tooth over the normal tooth.
Use your thumb to tuck any excess plastic behind the tooth.
6. Once the fitting plastic begins to harden, gently loosen it and remove it. Do not allow the plastic around the tooth to harden completely. If you are not happy with the fit, reheat and reshape.
