Adelina then joined EnotecaVino Bar as a pastry Chef where she created a range of traditional Italian biscotti, cakes, desserts and handmade pasta. Today Adelina has a Cooking School for Italian Cuisine on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula in Australia.
