About the Author | Neil faulkner was educated at king's college, cambridge, and the institute of archaeology, ucl. He is a research fellow at bristol university, a fellow of the society of antiquaries, editor of military times, and co-director of several archaeological field projects. His books include the decline and fall of roman britain, rome: empire of the eagles, and a visitor's guide to the ancient greek olympics. |
