Professor Rawles has active research and consulting practices. James E. Goldman James E. Goldman is professor of Computer Information Systems and Associate Department Head for Telecommunications and Networking in the Nationally Prominent Department of Computer Technology at Purdue University. An award–winning teacher, in 1999 Professor Goldman was named as a University Faulty Scholar at Purdue. Professor Goldman is also the author of Local Area Networks.
