OverviewRecommended dosage: For long-lasting intensive physical performance mix a dose of 90 g with 500 ml of water. It is recommended to drink with more water! For short lower intensity sports activities or strength activities, mix a dose of 45 g with 300-500 ml of water. Use maximum 4 doses (4 x 90 g) a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: Slightly heaped scoop = approx. 30 g. Stir the dose intensively using a shaker. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 3 months.
