For drying and preserving e.g. fruit, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, meat, nuts, grains, seeds etc.
During the drying process, water is removed from the food and thus gently extends the shelf life. The temperature is individually adjustable from 30 ‐ 70 °C (in 5 °C increments).
With temperature and time guide on the cover. The timer can be set from 0.5 to 48 hours (in 0.5 h increments), with end beep.
Plenty of space thanks to 5 stackable, height-adjustable levels.
Includes 2 silicone moulds for preparing cereal bars and 2 reusable drying foils for making fruit leather or as drip protection.
