It is economical to transport and store.
Compared to classical liquid products, its activity is longer lasting and provides a stable performance.
It can be used in neutral and acidic biopolishing processes.
It shows excellent bio-polishing and antipilling effect with gentle handling.
Creates clean and smooth fabric surfaces.
It is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. It is a non-GMO product.
It can be applied directly at 0.01 – 0.02% or diluted from a 1% stock solution.
How to prepare 1% stock solution?
Prepare 1 liter of water with pH 5.5.
Add 10 grams of Elito Cellulase enzyme to water with a pH value of 5.50 at a maximum temperature of 20 – 25°C.
Stir the solution for 5 minutes and the '1% stock solution' is ready to use.
The prepared 1% stock solution should be consumed within 24 hours at most to avoid microbial contamination.
Depending on the amount of solution needed, the amount of water and enzyme to be used can be increased in multiples of the specified combination ratio.
Optimum operating conditions of 1% stock solution:
Temperature: 45 - 55 °C
Optimum: 50 °C
pH: 5.0 – 7.5
Optimum: 6.0
Duration: 45 - 60 min
Product Inactivation:
Enzyme inactivation can be done by increasing the temperature to above 80 °C for 10 minutes or alternatively by increasing the pH to 8.0 for 10 minutes.
Storage Conditions:
It should be stored at a temperature of 5 °C to 25 °C (below 25 °C is recommended), in a dry and dark environment, avoiding direct sunlight exposure.
It should be kept well closed in its original packaging.
Not suitable for use in food. For industrial use.
