| About the Author | Educational writer Dr. Halit Ertuğrul was born in Şambayat town of Besni district of Adıyaman. He attended primary school in his hometown, high school and teacher training school in Kırşehir. He graduated from Niğde Education Institute and Gazi Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences. Master's degree in "Family Management and Problems" at Cumhuriyet University, Department of Public Administration; He also received his PhD in "Family and Youth Communications" from Sakarya University, Department of Sociology. He focused his studies in the field of "Family and Youth Problems". He worked as a primary school teacher, school principal, National Education Branch Director, and National Education Director in various parts of the country. He moved to the central organization of the Ministry of National Education and worked as an expert in the council and advisor to the minister. After completing his academic studies, Dr. Halit Ertuğrul worked as an official and faculty member at various universities. He also participated in many scientific and cultural activities at home and abroad. |
