DIRECTION FOR USE

FOR HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Take 2 scoops of GlycoLoad with 12oz of cold water.

FOR HIGH VOLUME TRAINING AND MUSCLE BUILDING: Take 3 scoops of GlycoLoad with 18oz of cold water.
