- How to Use: In a non-metal bowl, take an equal amount of Bleaching Powder and Cream Developer. Mix until a smooth paste is achieved, and apply evenly on the face and neck. Leave on for 20 minutes or until the desired level of bleaching is achieved.
- Pro-Tip: For best results, add an equal amount of the Golden Pearl Whitening Skin Shiner into your skin polishing mixture. The skin shiner balances the PH value of the mixture which helps in calming and smoothing the skin.
