I had a bit of a challenge getting them in initially, but they fit securely and comfortably; note there is no specific left or right aid; either will fit in either ear. When removed from or returned to their case they turn on or off automatically. The only controls are the single volume dial on each aid; You need to remove the aids to change the volume. The sound / voices were clear; not a huge difference but worth mentioning. There is a mild somewhat static sound to the noise cancelling; common on most of the aids I have tried and reviewed. The seller reports good battery statistics: about 3 hours to charge for about 20 hours of working time and 80 hours (4 times for both aids; 5 times for both aids per the included manual) of charge time via the case without being connected to any charging wires These aids also come with a cleaning brush, 3 pairs of differently sized ear domes, a USB C charging cord, and instructions. That said, at this price level, basic pair of hearing aids / amplifiers that reproduce sounds clearly with very minor sound difference compared to sounds heard without the aids in place.
