✅ - Upgrade to Bimetal Heatbreak

Upgrade heatbreak to be Bimetal heatbreak -TC4 Titanium alloy and Plated Copper to have better heat dissipation. Bigger size ,and not easy to be broken.

✅ - Nozzle structure upgrade

Adopt threaded connection between heat block and heatbreak to solve the phenomenon of falling off, and can be disassembled and replaced to reduce the cost of use.

✅ - One-piece interference fit between heatbreak and block

The structure of the heatbreak upgraded, and the step limit is added at the cooperation and the heating block to solve the phenomenon of material leakage and shedding.

✅ - Heater block and nozzle material upgrade

Block is made of plated copper, high temperature printing resistance, fast heat conduction.

Nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11 after quenching and hardening treatment, more wear-resistant,longer lifetime, and higher temperature.
