How to prepare?
Wash area to be bleached with soap and cold water then dry it. Add about one quarter teaspoon of the powder to three quarters teaspoon of the cream. Blend powder and cream well. How to use?
Apply mixture to cover the hair completely.
Keep mixture on area to be bleached for about fifteen minutes, then remove it. If hair is not completely bleached, re
apply the mixture for another five to ten minutes then rinse with cold water.
