Three Steps to Flatten Out Bulging Lumps from Packaging.
Step 1. Take the area rug out of the compressed package.
Step 2. Lay the fluffy rug upside-down on a flat floor.
Step 3. Use a garment steamer to flatten the creases at a middle temperature.
PS. You could also just lay the rug upside down on the floor for 1-2 days, it will recover by itself. Besides, please put the rug in the dryer with a damp towel, on low.
