Prepare hot and cold water
Soak the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
Remove the mouthguard from hot water and soak it in cold water for 1 second.
Attach the mouthguard to your upper palate and press it to your lips with your fingers.
Hold the mouthguard in your mouth. Do not bite, press gently.
Remove the mouthguard from your mouth and hold it in hot water for 2 seconds.
Put the mouthguard back in your mouth and press it against your teeth with your tongue, then bite down on the mouthguard.
Finally, soak the mouthguard in cold water for 3 seconds.
