About The Product
The menstrual cup is an ideal replacement for disposable menstrual hygiene products such as tampons and sanitary napkins. Compared to tampons, period cups do not absorb blood, but they do collect blood reliably and have three times the capacity of conventional tampons.
How to Choose The Size
Size 1 (S): 25ml
is for women of rather small stature, under 30 years of age, no pregnancies or with poor bleeding .
Size 2 (L): 30ml
is more for larger women, or over 30 years of age, after pregnancy or for heavy bleeding.
How to use
1 - Preparation
Before using for the first time, put your cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes for sterilization. You can also use a sterilizer.
2 - Introduction
Squeeze the cup and bend it into your desired shape. Insert the cup and slowly twist it until it opens and creates a vacuum.
3 - Removal
Take the bottom of the cup just above the stem and press the sides together. This releases the vacuum and opens the seal so the cup can be gently removed.
4 - Storage
Empty the cup and wash it thoroughly with soap and warm water. Wipe them dry, insert them again or store them in the accompanying pouch.
