Editorial ReviewInspired by the South of France, Nina Parker's new book offers Mediterranean recipes at their most authentic. -- Hetty Chadwick COUNTRY LIFE Book of the Week You're thinking Bardot, sun, short shorts, Picasso and pastis. The UK-based chef Nina Parker, on the other hand, is thinking... food: home-made ratatouille, bouillabaisse, croissants and ice cream, all of which appear in this, her first cookbook. Parker spends every summer in St Trop, thinking up delicious recipes and living an annoyingly enviable life - catching fish, buying fresh veg in the market, swimming in the Med and luggins plates of meringue through the streets. -- Carolyn Hart DAILY TELEGRAPH London-based chef Nina Parker whisks you away on a nostalgic soaked tour of the real St Tropez with this retro-chic collection of recipes. Provencal cuisine at its best, whether it be petit dejeuner, gouter or diner!
