About the Author | Brie Turns-Coe, PhD, LMFT, ASDCS, is an associate professor of marriage and family therapy at Arizona Christian University and the Director of the Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy program. Dr. Turns has presented at local, state, national, and international conferences on parenting and published extensively on the topic of family therapy.
