How to use shea butter for hair and skin
For hair:
Melt an appropriate amount of butter for your hair and apply the butter to the scalp from the roots to the ends while massaging and leave it on your hair for 30-60 minutes and wash it with a sulfate-free shampoo and re-moisturize it with conditioner as usual
For skin:
It can be used as a face mask containing a tablespoon of each of shea and honey and a few drops of grape seed oil. Mix these ingredients well and spread on the face after washing it with warm water, leave it for ten minutes and wash it with a suitable soap.
It can be used alone or mixed with other oils such as sweet almond oil and/or argan oil, and can be used on dry areas such as lips, elbows and knees
