Book Description | A book that talks about the three Egyptian pyramids and their secret by the EgyptiansThe prosperity of civilization and the progress of humanity are inseparable from cultural exchange and mutual learning. Intellectuals in both China and Egypt have long worked to promote cultural exchange between the ancient civilizations of the two countries. Dr. Bassel Bawi, a well-known researcher and historian at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is one of the most prominent representatives of this cultural collaboration.
Dr. Bowi introduced the Forbidden City and Chinese culture to the Egyptian audience in a comprehensive way, sharing stories about China from the point of view of Egyptian historians. Now, he is translating his works on the pyramids of Egypt and the ancient city of Baghdad into Chinese, with the aim of enhancing the Chinese reader's understanding of the ancient Egyptian civilization.
On the other hand, the publication of Dr. Bowi's short stories in Chinese has deepened the knowledge of young readers in China about the pyramids of Egypt and Egyptian civilization in general. These books have opened a new window for learning from different cultures, especially among children.
Egypt and China have a long-standing historical and cultural relationship. Found on the banks of major rivers such as the Nile and Yangtze, they coexisted peacefully and cooperated for common gains. In recent years, cultural cooperation between the two countries has increased under the leadership of the Egyptian and Chinese presidents, as the two countries cooperate under the Belt and Road Initiative to promote human development.
We hope to see more cultural representatives like Dr. Bowi in the near future, to promote cultural understanding and exchange between the Egyptian and Chinese people.
