A high fluoride concentration protects the oral cavity from pathogenic bacteria and reduces the risk of caries. It rejuvenates the enamel structure, promotes calcium fixation, increases the durability of teeth, and inhibits the growth and proliferation of pathogenic bacteria. A special formulation of ingredients including Calcium Glycerophosphate and mineral Hydroxyapatite – the main component (up to 96%) of tooth enamel – reduces tooth sensitivity and helps remove plaque. Hydroxyapatite restores the smoothness of the enamel and acts identically to dental fillings by sealing small fosses and fissures on the surface of the enamel, it also replenishes depleted minerals in the enamel. Calcium Glycerophosphate reduces the acid erosion of the enamel and promotes remineralization. Xylitol provides an additional defense against several bacteria, especially Streptococcus mutans, that is the main contributor to tooth decay and enamel breakdown.
