Highlights
- PROPERTIES - WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7300 is a fast curing, solvent-free structural and construction adhesive based on MMA (methyl methacrylate). The adhesive adheres very well to various materials and shows a high strength build-up. Special fillers (glass beads) ensure a constant adhesive joint of 0.25 mm. Maximum gap bridging: 1 mm.
- APPLICATION - It is universally applicable for static and dynamic loads. High-strength bonding is also possible with low-energy plastics such as PE or PP. Its viscoplastic setting also allows material pairings with different expansion coefficients, such as plastic, aluminium or steel.
- PROCESSING - Clean and sanitise the bonding surfaces (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be processed directly from double cartridges with the static mixer supplied. Discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. Store unopened and store in normal climate (+23°C and 50 % rel. humidity) for 6 months.
