Applicability of the return policy

This return policy is applicable for customers purchasing the products from seller listed on www.noon.com or noon mobile application (together referred as “Noon Platform”) under the section of Noon or Minutes (together referred to as “Noon”)

Products eligible for return

A. Noon section

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Electronics and Mobiles

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.

Beauty and Health

  1. Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  2. Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

Fashion

  1. Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  2. Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
  3. Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Home & Kitchen

  1. Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.
  2. Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
  3. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
  4. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

  1. Representative from the above partners will call you to schedule delivery slot of your purchased product. Please ensure that you have given correct contact details while ordering.
  2. Once the order is out for delivery, delivery agent will call you before reaching your given address.
  3. If required, please ensure all the required approval are taken from the building management prior delivery to avoid and delays and rejections.

Terms & Conditions

PAN Home provides 2 year warranties starting from the date of purchase.
If your purchase appears to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period, you may contact us to make a claim.
The warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects of the products. PAN Home reserves the right to repair or replace defective products, at its sole discretion.
Please note - You will need your original sales receipt to initiate your claim.
We safeguard you against the following manufacturing defects:

  1. Bedroom Sets
    Bed bases, Wooden frames, Panels & Slats in slatted bed bases. LED lighting, Frame Panels, Door panels, Cloth rails, Sliding door mechanism, Drawer glides, Shelves & Hinges.
  2. Mattress
    Springs exposed from the surface, Springs felt from the surface causing discomfort, Sagging of mattress on the center and sides.
  3. Sofas
    Frames, Seat and back cushions, Seat spring system.
  4. Recliners
    Recliner mechanism (as applicable) -Seat spring system, Seat cushion core.
  5. Dining
    Frame or Panel, Table Top, Chair Frame & Chair Fabric / Leather.
  6. Outdoor
    We provide a 6-month warranty for outdoor furniture (under certain care conditions) that includes product repair. No refund or exchange shall be claimed. All the product should be well-maintained and direct exposure to the sun must be avoided. Please note that any item that is kept under improper conditions may result in the cancellation of the warranty.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed. Terms & conditions
There is no warranty coverage against neglect, improper assembly, abnormal use of products or unexpected acts of nature.
This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.

Disclaimer

Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability if any, of company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.

Cancellation and Returns:

You can return or request an exchange on your order at the time of delivery without any charges. Contact us on 800-726.

If an item is found to be faulty, you can request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation within 3 days of delivery.
We can collect the order free of charge or you can drop it at your nearest Pan Home store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.

In a circumstance where the wrong item is delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item on the following business day. Terms & Condition

Free & Easy Returns

You may cancel or request a return on your Furniture Order within 3 days & Accessories orders within 14 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, fabrics and mattresses.

REFUND

After the returned order is received, a refund for the cost of the purchased products will be issued within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used when purchase was made.

DAMAGED

You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such cases we will refund the delivery cost as well, if any is paid.

Home Box offers a 2-year warranty on select furniture and 3-6 years Limited Warranty for mattresses.
Home Box will repair or replace any furniture product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Limited Warranty period.
The Limited Warranty only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes.
The Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
The Limited Warranty is not applicable on items that have been moved from the original delivery location or products which are assembled by a third party.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

  1. Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
  2. Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
  3. Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids' products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
  4. Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
  5. Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).

Please return your non-furniture products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included the invoice as well as all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

We will accept returns on your Home Box purchases if:

  1. You have purchased it within the last 30 days.
  2. The item has not been used in any way.
  3. The item is not damaged.

You will receive a refund if:

  1. The item has a manufacturing defect.
  2. You cancel your order at least (24) hours before the delivery time.

Our crew can take 3-5 business days to collect your returns.

14-day returns By Homes R us

You have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order to return the Products (as defined in the Terms of Use) in its original condition with proof of purchase.

We will give you a refund, as long as your returned Products meets the terms and conditions described below.

This “good faith” returns policy is offered in addition to the rights you may have under the law. Nothing in this ‘Returns Policy’ is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.

By original condition we mean:

  1. You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the Products can be resold at full price.
  2. You have not assembled, used, altered, or installed the Products.

  2. Our delivery service partner may take 3-5 business days to collect the Products from you. They will give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.
  3. Please note that if an incorrect Product is handed by you to our delivery service partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect Products while in transit or otherwise.
  4. If you qualified for free shipping during the original order, you will not be charged for shipping during the return of that order.
  5. If you choose the self-ship shipping option, eligible Products must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If you choose to return any Products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason if returned Products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
  6. We don’t offer exchanges or refunds where Products are not defective.
  7. Please return your purchase in re-saleable condition in its original packaging with your original receipt. Please make sure that the Products are properly packed when you are returning it. Any Products returned without original receipt will be rejected. Please note, all Products’ packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the Products. Any Products that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be rejected.
  8. All Products are inspected when we get them back to determine whether they are in original condition or otherwise eligible for a refund.
  9. If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a Gift Card or coupon code/offer are returned, the Gift Card or coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to the order. Additionally, the benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. For example, if the products returned are part of any free offer, such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, customers can return a partial number of items sold under the buy one, get one promotion.

We will process your return and issue a refund with applicable deductions in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

The following Products won’t be eligible for return / exchange / refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  1. Products you received over 14 days ago.
  2. Products that are not in their original condition.
  3. Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect).
  4. Products without original packaging or labels.
  5. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same original condition as you received them.
  6. Consumable Products which have been used or installed.
  7. Products that fall under specific categories. For example, for hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, pillows and mattresses. sheets, comforters, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes
  8. Personalized Products which you requested to be designed on a custom-made order request especially for you, such as custom ordered mattresses, bed linen, curtains.
  9. Product(s) purchased by you which were on sale that are not defective in any way or are tagged sold “as is”.
  10. Damaged Products due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period.
  11. Products that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed.

Please note that if you return Products that do not fall within the returns policy that is described above or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt.

Installed items can be returned within 7 days except the below criteria -Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We strive to ensure that every item perfectly complements your home. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to assist you. Our thoughtfully curated products undergo rigorous quality checks before reaching you.
You can return all items except items marked as “No return products” within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging.
  2. The item should not have been opened or repackaged.
  3. The item should not have been installed or used.

After installation, customers have a 7-days to return the installed item, excluding products marked as "No returnable products".

If the product is still within the warranty period, customers can request repair for the same product or its parts. However, damages resulting from usage, incorrect DIY installation, accidents, improper cleaning, natural causes, or negligence will not be eligible for replacement or rectification. We reserve the right to decline refunds once confirmed by our inspection team to ensure fair assessment and resolution.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim Replacement / Credit note / Refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.

If the product you receive does not match the dimensions or design as shown on our website, please note that color variations may occur due to screen calibrations and display resolutions. However, if the discrepancy goes beyond that, customers have the option to claim a replacement, credit note, or refund. To be eligible, you must inform us of the issue within 7 days of purchase, ensuring a prompt resolution to your satisfaction.

To ensure a streamlined return process, we only accept return requests through the official channels provided by Danubehome.com or our dedicated mobile app. We kindly request that you submit your return request via the danubehome.com or by using our mobile app.

Customers who choose to receive a credit note instead of a refund to their bank account will be eligible for an additional 5% credit based on the item price. This credit can be used towards future purchases and remains valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

Credit note can be used on products which are sold by Danube only.

Sports & Outdoors

  1. Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

Toys & Games

  1. Dressing up costumes are non-returnable
  2. Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return

Baby Products

  1. Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
  2. Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

Grocery

  1. All Grocery items are non-returnable.

Automotive

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

Tools & Home Improvement

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  2. Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Books

  1. Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.

Pet Supplies

  1. Products that are eligible for a return, unused, and in the original packaging can be returned. It must be in the same condition as the customer received it.
  2. Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements cannot be returned.

Stationery & Office Supplies

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  2. Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

B. Noon in Minutes section

Products falling under categories (as covered below) and having the tag of -”Returnable”, will be accepted for return by Noon within the specified return period and subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Terms and conditions for accepting returns

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you.
  3. For all the products having warranty tag- refer to seller warranty or manufacturing defect of the products, customer will have to contact directly to the service center of the seller/manufacturer, as the case may be, such products are not accepted for returns by Noon.
  4. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

Only the products covered in above categories will be considered for return. Products falling under other categories such as perishable items, grocery, food items etc are not eligible for return.

Return window

Unless otherwise specified, Noon offers a return window of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the shipment by you, in case of returnable products.

Process upon receiving return request

It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to five (5) to seven (7) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your noon wallet if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

General conditions applicable to all returns

Noon shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, and such product is under Noon section then we will make two (2) attempts and in case such product is under Minutes section then we will make one (1) attempt to deliver the product back to the customer. In case the applicable attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub. The customer may request another delivery attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days of the last notified attempt. If the request is made within this timeframe, we will arrange for the final delivery attempt within two (2) business days of the date of request. If no request is received within three (3) business days, the item will be sent for disposal. Once disposed of, the customer will no longer be able to request delivery, and no compensation will be provided (including the item's value). In the event that a returned item is not part of the customer purchase history, it will be returned back to the customer. C. Frequently Asked Questions for Return Refunds

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

After Noon collects the item from you, it undergoes a thorough inspection. Once it passes QC, the refund is initiated to the original payment source as follows:

Refunds will first appear in your Noon credits for 24 hours. If not utilized, an automatic transfer to your source account will occur within 14 days, depending on your bank.

Cash payments will be credited to your Noon Credits. If the amount exceeds SAR/AED 50, it can be transferred to your bank account.

For Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payments, the refund will be reflected in your customer account within 14-21 days depending on your BNPL partner.

Yes, you will get a complete refund to the extent of the EMIs paid (if any) in case the order is returned.
However, banks may charge some refund or pre-closure charges. Please check with your respective bank for their policy for cancellations, refunds, and pre-closures.

No, the refund for an order placed using the 'Credit Card EMI' payment mode can only be done to the credit card from which the payment was made.

Refunds are processed item wise and you may see a part of the amount refunded while the remaining refund amount is still being processed.
Also, the shipping fee and Cod fee are non-refundable once the item is delivered to you.

Note: Once the refund is issued, we are unable to change the refund method.


If your refund status is not showing as “Approved/Declined” in My Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.


If your refund status shows as “Approved” in My Account, and the standard time frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
