The removable patented fibreglass ring ensures rigidity whilst the mould is in use, but allows the flexible mould to be rolled or squashed for space saving purposes when the ring is removed. The supreme non stick surface allows for easy release of all cake mixtures and the wide temperature range of -60°C to +230°C(-76°F to +446°F) also lends itself to frozen and cold creations. The pan can then be either washed in the dishwasher or simply wiped clean.
