He is also the owner of the worlds only museum dedicated to the history of burgers, comfort food, and advertising, the Burger Museum by Burger Beast located at Magic City Casino in Miami, Florida.George Motz, Emmy Awardwinning filmmaker and founder of the Food Film Festival, is the author of the travel guide Hamburger America (Running Press), The Great American Burger Book (Abrams), and was hailed by the New York Times as a leading authority on hamburgers.
