At university, a disastrous incident in the run-up to a Christmas dinner led to the conception ofBetween the Sheets. This started her culinary adventure of layering, leading to her TV debut as a contestant on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver where she made the final six. Sarah has juggled working as a junior doctor for the NHS in Edinburgh while writing her cookbook. |
