المراجعة التحريرية | "This little pocket guide provides all the information needed for a student/qualified nurse on the ward involved in the recognition of safeguarding issues. The guide takes you through identifying the different forms and categories of abuse which are then followed up with excellent case studies, encouraging you to reflect on your reading.
[...] I really like this little guide and can see myself referring to it (subtly of course) while on placement. Safeguarding is a huge concern in paediatrics and everyone needs to be aware of what to look out for and what to do; I feel like the survival guide sums this up nicely."

"I think that this text would be ideal for both novice and intermediate readers, i.e. perhaps students on placements, or those professionals who want a handy guide to refresh their learning when they are in the workplace and an issue arises I believe that this would be a very useful text, and could be particularly targeted at those professionals/volunteers who have attended a training course on child protection, who require information to take away with them I also think that there is a key audience of students who attend placements as part of their courses, for instance those going into Social Work or Health & Social Care settings, including schools."
