وصف الكتاب	The textbook deals with the CSR reform process, which encourages companies to conduct due diligence. The CSR reporting obligation, the binding core elements of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the request to implement risk management systems affect not only large, but especially medium and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the supply chains. Current empirical studies show that CSR as a dual success factor in the modules "Society" and "Competitive Advantage" can only be successful if CSR is anchored structurally in the company and in the business processes and the progress and results are measurable. Adequate CSR success control forms the basis of successful companies.
