Mini Ball Valve Installation 1- 2 o-rings are attached to the poles in the packing section. 2- The lubricated Teflon is applied to the valve body and tightening nut by hand. 3- Teflon nailed mini ball valve on the body respectively; The pole and sphere with O-ring attached are attached. The Teflon clamping nut is tightened at 25+5 Nm torque. Valves whose assembly process is completed are tested. A handle is attached to the products that pass the test. 4- Products with sleeves are packed in boxes (400/BOX) measuring 325*260*180 mm, with 200 pieces per box. 5- KAS Valve products are packaged after 100% testing.
