Instructions for Use: 1- Roll out the sugar paste on a hard and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3 mm. 2- Hold the kopat by its outer disc and apply pressure with its front side towards the sugar paste, cutting the dough until it touches the surface below. 3-Move the stick slightly left and right and this way you will get a clearer cut. 4- Press the top of the kopat and cut the dough with the embossed piece. 5- Lift the kopat up to 5 centimeters into the air and press on the top to remove the mold you cut.
