Directions
1.Place the gel ice cap in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a cold compress or heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds for a hot compress.
2.Adjust the cap to fit your head shape and cover the forehead, temples, and back of the neck as needed.
3.Use the drawstring to hold the cap in place and prevent it from falling off.
4.For headache relief, use the cap with cold or hot therapy as required.
5.For eye-related issues like puffy eyes or cluster headaches behind the eyes, the cap's design provides a shading effect to reduce light exposure.

Note:
1.To avoid frostbite or burns, do not apply cold or hot compresses for more than 30 minutes at a time.
2.Put it in a freezer bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours. If the migraine cap is not cold enough, it is recommended to freeze it at -20°C or freeze it for a longer period of time. If the migraine cap is too cold, let it sit until it reaches your desired temperature before using it. (Store in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator so it doesn't absorb other food odors.)
3.Microwave heat starting at 20 seconds and adding in 5 second increments to achieve desired temperature. Please check the temperature before using the headache cap. If it is too hot, please leave it for a while before using it, so as not to burn the skin.
4.Repeated heating will dry out the migraine cap and shorten the service life. 5.For external use only. Do not massage areas with poor blood circulation or any wounds. If pain persists or worsens, consult your physician and/or seek medical attention.
6.To avoid water condensation, keep the migraine mask in a dry environment when not in use. If the migraine cap gets wet, allow it to dry before storing or using it again.
7.Hand wash with a damp towel. Do not immerse in water. Air dry, do not machine wash.
