We develop for almost 20 years our product skills with the masters soap makers from Marseille and parfumers from Grasse unique know-how. Our natural and vegan formulas are designed and conceived in Provence, always encouraging short circuits and local partnerships. Our Shea Butter Soap bar Marseille's long-standing reputation for high quality soaps is based on tradition and rooted in culture. Talented master soap makers have contributed to making this legendary product a universal reference. Drawing on this unique expertise, Panier des Sens has created a collection of perfumed soaps. Involved in EVADD collective action since 2009, here are the key points on which we have chosen to commit ourselves: Look for the best ingredientsfor our formulas Curb the environmental impact of our actions and our products by incorporating the eco-design constraints prior to each project –such as packaging recycling Establish strong local partnerships to promote farming, heritage and expertise of the Provence region. Manufacturing Process Saponification Oils, soap noodles , sodium hydroxide and water are added in a recipient according to the product formula. The mixture is stirred to obtain an homogeneous base Colours and Fragrances Colorings, fragrances, preservatives and water are added according to the formula. Soap is stirred between each additions. Triple milled Soap is rolled three times between large rollers, until a paste is formed. This method permits to have hight quality soaop, whithout impurities. Moulding The soap is pressed and stamped into the soap mould. Then soap is dried during one week and put in its packaging. Lemon Blossom Shea butter soap The lemon tree is part of Provence landscapes, flowering continuously throughout the year. It displays large leaves and white flowers, both strongly scented. Lemon trees have been grown for centuries in Menton, a city in the south of France, and have become its symbol. Delicate and soothing, the soft and flowery scent, entwined with the petit grain green note, evokes freshness and purity. This extra-gentle soap gently cleanses while preserving the skin's natural balance. Use it for hands and body. One, however, is distinguished by its exotic provenance and its universal benefits. Shea butter is a natural product issued from the Shea nuts of the Butyrospermum Parkii, a savanna tree that grows in Central and West Africa. This exceptional robustness tree can live for more than three centuries! From the nuts, an ultra rich beige paste is extracted, which will be transformed in butter. Shea butter has many restorative properties. It softens, moisturizes, and deeply nourishes the skin. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, F, and fatty acids, this skin care ingredient naturally has multiple benefits.
