Size -- 10 inch bottom and 11.5 inch top in diameter pizza baking pan, with perforated holes surface for air circulation & crisping crust.
Note -- Pizza pan itself is not non-stick. Please use a bit of flour / oil on the pan so it became non sticky. Thick rolled edges to prevent warping.
Holes -- Punching design facilitates better air contact with pizza when baked so as to make the pizza softer.
Material -- Made of aluminum steel, for durability and even heat distribution, heats up quickly. With good thermal conductivity, not easy deformed, and can be put into toster oven as pizza oven tray.
