These are a major improvement over round grips - they provide support to the heel of your hand and thereby reduce hand fatigue when riding your bike. giving your hand more surface to rest and control steering.

Easy to install:
1.Loosen up the screws
2.slide the grip onto the handlebar
3.adjust the Shift Levers and Brake Handle to the position suitable for the grip
4.tighten the screws
5.Put the End Caps into Handlebar and Finish
NOTE:
Just remember when you're tightening the lock down rings to not over tighten, as soon as you can't rotate the grips anymore stop tightening.
