عن المؤلف | Laura spent over 12 years living overseas (France, USA, Australia and Singapore) before returning to the UK. She missed the huge amount of choice that she'd grown used to in New York and Singapore. At this time one of her children became ill and they spent over a year being being passed between Consultants and hospitals. Eventually her son's food intolerance was diagnosed. Given the lack of fresh gluten-free and dairy-free bread and treats in her local shops, Laura started to tweak her family's favourite recipes and the bakery was born. Twice as Nice bakes won national awards, they opened (and closed) a retail bakery and are now focused on baking gorgeous bespoke free from cakes, training people to bake without allergens, and sending our recipes out into the world! |
