OverviewTips:
(1) When cleaning, it is recommended to slowly get the cleaning stuff out of the head (Gently pumping the liquid back and forth to help agitate the clogged ink). That may loosen the ink up and cause it to work.
(2) If the printhead is heavily clogged, leave the liquid in for 1 hour to dissolve the blockage inside the printhead. (Depending on how bad the clog is, the wait time may need longer. )
(3) And then, run 2 printer cleaning cycles to wash out any cleaning solution on the printer, and install the cartridges. And then print the "Printer Test Page" to confirm if the print head worked well.
