OverviewInstructions for use/ How to Use Add 1 effervescent tablet to a glass of water and drink as soon as the tablet has fully dissolved. Many of the symptoms associated with Adults and adolescents over 12 years old should take 500mg up to 1 g of Redoxon daily for vitamin C deficiency and gastrointestinal diseases with absorption disorders (impaired update into the blood). 500 mg daily is usually sufficient to meet increased requirements. If you have a cold, take 1 g daily.
