Power and Temperature Range: Operating at 24V and 115W, this setup can handle long-term printing at temperatures up to 300°C. The NTC100K B3950 thermistor with chip can sense temperatures up to 320°C, but maintain below 300°C for extended prints.
Accurate Temperature Sensing: The thermistor is installed directly in the block, providing a more accurate temperature reading of the material as it exits the hot end, ensuring precise control and consistent print quality.
Bimetal Heatbreak: Features an inner wall roughness of Ra0.4 and is made from copper alloy and Titanium Alloy TC4. Titanium TC4 reduces upward heat conduction, while copper accelerates heat dissipation, improving overall thermal performance.
Ceramic Heating Ring: Equipped with a ceramic heating ring with a built-in copper plated heating loop, capable of evenly heating up to 360°C. However, due to thermistor limitations, keep printing temperatures below 300°C for prolonged use.
